Our continuing success means we’re now recruiting for talented and enthusiastic telephone sales people and customer service agents, as well as experienced sales team leaders. We need people who’ll help us grow by satisfying the needs of our customers and maintaining our market-leading position.
Domestic & General (D&G) is the UK’s leading provider of post-point of sale warranties, responsible for the protection of 8 million items of equipment across the UK, Europe and Australia. With a 50 year heritage, and over 2,500 employees we work with over 100 manufacturers, service providers, banks and catalogue companies supporting 150 brands. Subsidiary companies within the Domestic & General Group offer warranty protection on domestic appliances, electrical equipment and gas central heating systems, and integrate to provide inbound and outbound volume call centre. Our activities also encompass a presence in Europe and overseas, with warranty business currently in France, Germany, Spain, Portugal, Italy, Belgium, Republic of Ireland, Poland, Sweden and Australia.
D&G has two call centres in Nottingham and Brighton and Head Office in Wimbledon, London. It also operates in mainland Europe and Australia.
