Liaise Loddon excels in the delivery of unique personalised community-based residential services to individuals with severe learning disabilities and complex restrictive and challenging behaviours usually associated with autism, who will always require intensive support to achieve their maximum potential for life.
This is realised through a combination of proactive approaches, applied behaviour analysis, development of life skills and the support of a highly skilled and motivated staff team.
Liaise Loddon was established in 1995 by Marion Cornick and now has a range of small residential homes that provide life long placements throughout Hampshire in a variety of rural and suburban settings.
Each of the homes has its own unique culture which is defined by those people who live there. The environments are designed to comfort and stimulate the individuals and provide a long term quality of life.
We aim to give each individual the best lifestyle possible by actively encouraging everyone to achieve positive learning for life. Relationships are built and nurtured with the individual, the whole family, staff, advocates and placing authorities to ensure the highest standard of service is provided at all times.
This has enabled the company to expand steadily and over time provide us with a stable financial base from which we are continuing to invest in the development of personalised community-based residential services.
