Job Responsibilities:
As a Customer Service Representative, you will:
- Be taking personal responsibility for resolving customer queries and deciding on the best course of action
- Ensuring that we maximise cross-selling opportunities
- Provide a fast, accurate and efficient service
- Ask intelligent questions and actively listen to provide solutions
- Performing more technical, complex processing functions to pre-determined levels of accuracy and productivity.
- Adhere to agreed regulatory timescales/guidelines to achieve maximum customer satisfaction
- Addressing any areas of concern in conjunction with line management and/or the appropriate department
Preferred Skills:
- Regulatory, compliance and industry knowledge
- Customer Service Experience
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Customer driven (able to identify and meet customer needs).
- Understanding of processing and problem analysis/solving.
- Due to the confidential nature of this role, successful candidates must be able to pass a credit check
