Job Description

A FTSE 100 company is looking for a Senior Marketing manager to deliver cost effective and innovative marketing activity that directly supports the objectives and the priorities of the business and the Capita Group distribution channels. The key functions of the role will relate to Capita\'s long term partnership with key clients in the General Insurance market: * Work closely with client\'s Financial Services team across their multi channel activity * Planning and allocating a substantial annual marketing budget to numerous activities - to grow the business over the next 5 years * Work with Capita\'s own brands - to optimise PR exposure and sales going forward 1. Work with key clients to agree ongoing strategic marketing direction and goals and to allocate budget to optimise sales 2. Enhance product holdings through developing compelling customer propositions that deliver profitable relationships. 3. Take the lead in attracting new customers to the client\'s insurance products and develop a range of processes and activities to support the activation of new customers Essential: * Highly experienced Senior Marketing Manager with strong background in Insurance * Knowledge of GI and Personal Lines Marketing * Strong numeracy skills * Consulting/Client facing experience * Experience working for a Broker or Affinity Broker Capita Resourcing welcome applications from all suitably qualified people regardless of gender, race, disability, age or sexual orientation.
