They currently have an opening for an experienced Project Coordinator with an opportunity to develop into a Project Manager, assisting with the management of projects from inception to completion

Responsbilities:
  • Ensure that all necessary equipment arrives on site prior to engineering work being carried out
  • Work within the operations team as required
  • Submit weekly status/update reports
  • Carry out duties in line with set key performance indicators (KPI\'s)
  • Order all product services with suppliers
  • Facilitate the stock control process
  • Ordering small stores equipment for engineers on a monthly basis
  • Liaising with engineers on a day to day basis
  • Ordering a wide range of services from preferred suppliers. i.e., lines, circuits & equipment
  • Customer updates and training are also part of the role
  • General communications, updates and telephone answering, related to the project management team



  • Key Skills/Experience:
  • Customer facing experience and skills are essential
  • You must be extremely accurate, methodical, have excellent written and verbal communication skills and be willing and able to work in a small but focused team
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft office applications
  • Good administrative skills
  • The ideal candidate should be proactive, self-motivated, flexible & assertive
  • Able to work alone and as part of a team
  • Work against set deadlines and KPIs (key performance indicators)
  • Excellent time management and organisation skills
  • Confidence to communicate with people at senior level
  • Must be self motivated to study and progress technical knowledge, as part of a personal development plan (PDP)
  • Be able to keep technical diaries up-to-date
  • Knowledge and understanding of other companies & departments, who are important handoff points within the provisioning or faulting processes
  • Experience of working within a pressurised and changing environment
  • Rapport building and confidence in liaising with all levels of employees throughout the company
