Job Description

This stunning four star Hampshire country hotel and spa is part of a group of independent quality hotels. Its location is perfect for those looking to escape but is still close to coastal cities and attractions. The menus utilise the best of local fresh produce and the dishes offers an eclectic mix of tradition and creativity.

Duties of Chef de Partie will include: * Maintaining the excellent standards of this kitchen and establishment * Working effectively as a key part of the restaurant team * Working on all sections of the kitchen as required * Working with other section chefs to ensure a smooth service and constantly high results * Taking part on training and skill development

The working pattern for this Chef de Partie position will be five days out of seven as the business requires, the basic working will be based on a minimum of 43.5 hours a week.

Candidates for this position will be strong Chef de Parties with broad all round experience. All applicants must be dedicated to their chosen profession and be determined to succeed in achieving high standards. You must be able to work well by yourself as well as well as in line with the rest of the restaurant team.
