You will be engaged in day to day supervision of a busy section of 4 which is responsible for office administration and support duties involving a variety of tasks using Word, Excel and Outlook.
The section is also involved with telephone answering, copying, scanning, filing and elements of data entry/systems updating.
Your personal duties will also extend to working with the client's (several) database management systems, for which system-specific training will be provided.
