Senior Mechanical Design Engineer
A new position has arised for a company based on the south coast for a key player within the marine products industry working in the mechanical design department. Candidates will need experience of working with plastic injection moulded products with an understanding of enclosure design. 3D CAD skills are essential along with experience of working with SolidWorks. Candidates for the lead design role will need a proven background of managing projects from Cradle to grave along with an excellent understanding of plastic product design. Salary for the lead design role will range from £38k-£45k . The role is a 6 month fixed term contract with a view of going temp to perm.
