Procurement Analyst - Hampshire
My client are a global organisation, the world\'s largest commercial security printer and a leading provider of cash sorting equipment and software solutions to central banks world wide. Currently involved in some very exciting, high profile programmes.
The Indirect Procurement and Contracts Manager is keen to recruit a Procurement Analyst to assist them. This is a great opportunity within a very fast paced environment.
The role will involved key interaction with stakeholders both face to face and over the telephone, gathering data, some business analysis, cost analysis, report writing, risk analysis, impact analysis, Middle Office activity,contract register, procurement market testing. You will responsible for supporting the Manager in terms of all indirect spend, such as mobile phones, travel, risks, audits and ideally have experience with indirect spend and as well as direct.
To be considered for this position, you must have:
* Experience in a similar procurement role
* Proficiency using Excel databases, inputting data and running reports
* Experience using Sage and Coda
* MS Project
Additionally, as a Procurement Analyst you should have strong negotiation and analytical skills, coupled with a \'customer first\' philosophy. You will also need to demonstrate a high level of attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
It would be beneficial to your application if you are CIPS qualified though it is not essential.
