Test & Validation Engineer - Digital Video/Audio Products (Broadcast Video Market)

£25,000 - £30,000 Plus 6% Contributory Pension Scheme
As an established broadcast electronic product design company, our client manufactures and tests high specification products and provides ongoing support. To assist in the development of new product ranges, they are now looking to recruit a Test & Validation Engineer to join their team on a full or part time basis.
In this role you will be responsible for rigorously testing both design elements and complete products for the broadcast video market. You will also help to devise test strategies through the hardware, firmware and software development stages to ensure bug-free final products.
Additionally, as the Test & Validation Engineer you will be involved in the creation of thorough but efficient final product test procedures. With the right skills there will be plenty of opportunities to contribute to design process.
To be considered for this position, you must have:
- experience in a testing and validation role
- a background in a relevant industry, such as broadcast products
Above all, the ideal Test & Validation Engineer will have a flexibility approach and ability to work in a small but growing company.
