Our client, a major global financial services provider is looking for a Personal Banker for their Reading branch.

You'll need to be a natural people manager with plenty of cashier experience and a well-rounded knowledge of day-to-day branch operations. From cash management procedures and transaction processes to sales management principles and coaching models, you'll have all the tools you need to keep your team performing to their best.

Previous cashier and customer advising experience within a bank is required.You’ll spend the majority of your time building trusted relationships with individual customers so you develop a very individual understanding of how we can help them. You’ll work in close collaboration with the other specialists in your branch to make it happen.

You will need to show us that you know how to deliver fantastic customer service while also identifying appropriate sales opportunities so you can meet and beat your targets. Your outstanding interpersonal skills should be backed by a broad knowledge of banking products and services.
