Full Description:

Our client, a major global financial services provider is looking for a Counter Manager for their Reading branch.

You'll need to be a natural people manager with plenty of cashier experience and a well-rounded knowledge of day-to-day branch operations. From cash management procedures and transaction processes to sales management principles and coaching models, you'll have all the tools you need to keep your team performing to their best.

Previous cashier and customer advising experience within a bank is required.
